A mind blowing collection of Datagrama’s visuals projects over the past few years. I hope some of you were lucky enough to catch a few live performances!
Ohh man if you havn’t heard of Barbatuques, they are so cool! Kinda beat / break mouth singing? Really tickles my ear drums nicely, especially during a worldly trip.
Visuals are Johnathan Singer’s live manipulation of the artworks of Alex & Allyson Grey. Performed at The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors.
The audience was asked to deliver us some images in a shared map over the network, which we mixed live on the music.
Software: Photoshop (for placing the images live in a individual mask-grid system), Quartz Composer & VDMX5
Hardware: a bunch of midi-controllers, 4 macbooks, 1 beamer and a Camcorder.
