The combination of live-action costumes, fairytale backgrounds, experimental puppetry and sweet practical effects creates a familiar yet creepy world. Encyclopedia Pictura is the studio that brought us Panda Bear’s lush and psychedelic “Boys Latin” video. There’s an interview with the creators Daren Rabinovitch, Isaiah Saxon and Sean Hellfritsch talking about the process of making this labor of love in Juxtapose Magazine.
