Excellent comedy from sketch group Good Neighbor!
From the game show “Professor Genki’s Super Ethical Reality Climax” in the game Saints Row: The Third
One of the most psychedelic and ingenious videos in the history of the internet (Even though it was created before the web, for video tapes). Ivan Stang, founder of the Church of the SubGenius directed this wildly ingenious video clip.
It is interesting to note, that many of the effects of the video tape, according to the speaker are similar if not identical to those of psychedelic substances. However, the tone itself is much more commanding and sinister than that usually associated with psychedelics.
The video looks like some kind of parody on mind control and hallucinations, but what I find to be the most hilarious is the name “Church of the SubGenius”, created intentionally in order to become semantically ossified and for people to start using it and say that they are “part of Church of the SubGenius” without thinking about what the actual meaning is of the name is…
And here is another one…
Laughter is a strong and common mind alter-er.
Here, a whole car on a subway gets a strong mind alteration by making each other burst into laughter, giving everyone around a raise in endorphins. Even watching the video gets the watcher into another, humorous consciousness. Prepare for a gleeful, substance-less high (Except for the chemicals of pleasure in your brain, of course).
Billy Ze Kick are a French band from the 1990s, with lots of psychedelic references and overtones. Their song “Mangez-Moi” (eat me) in which the band goes mushroom picking in the forest and different magic mushrooms beg them to eat them and promise to open their minds, was a big hit in 1990s France. Apparently not everybody realized what the song was really about…
Billy Ze Kick also had a very funny song about OCB rolling papers.
All these songs are much funnier when you speak French (I don’t, but I had some French speaking people explain them to me).
Crazy ass video made me laugh and wish I was high.

“One too many muhsroom, in the mushroom tea”. Official Video. LOL!
A feelgood animated series from Buenos Aires based studio Punga and production company L’Orange Gutan. The official description says it “is about the psychedelic adventures of two best friends.” Openly psychedelic agenda!
I recently introduced one of my favorite cartoon from my childhood (cf. cocoshaker),
Today, I want to share another cool one I always liked: La linéa, by osvaldo cavandoli !
